To Whom This May Concern:, (and it should concern everyone):

....I was not legally, morally, or logically obligated to waive my Rights nor, did I want to;. the U.S. Constitution's Amendments, and the EEOC and OSHA directives said so.

.....As a sentient being and a Citizen of the United States of America, it was my DUTY and I wouldn't prostrate myself to accept the fear mongering B.S., the authoritarian bullying, the intimidation ONLY, Unconstitutional nonsense, so I had no choice other than to refuse to waive "MY" U.S. Constitutionally protected RIGHTS, guaranteed by the 4th,5th,13th, the 14th Amendment, and Other Rights .

. . . . . . . . . . . (actually, they are EVERY U.S. CITIZENS' RIGHTS) . . . . . . . . . . .

As one BORN in the United States of America, neither I or ANYONE else can not and should not be compelled to forfeit these rights, (FOR ANY REASON), nor as implied explicitly and implicitly, THAT NO HARM CAN or SHOULD COME, NOR any penalties or burdens laid on ANYONE who should REFUSE TO WAIVE these RIGHTS.

.....Since being employed with the City of St. Louis at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport on January 5, 1981, I have attempted to protest or appeal any unjust or Unconstitutional B.S. as soon as I became aware.

.....This is NOT the FIRST time, I REFUSED to GO ALONG with ILL-CONCEIVED and/or ILLEGAL POLICIES, MANDATES, or "REQUESTS" of the CITY of ST. LOUIS / LAMBERT-ST. LOUIS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY, NOR, is this the FIRST time I was the ONLY employee to legally DEFY them to a FINAL CONCLUSION.

.....In Early October 2002, I first became aware that the Lambert-St.Louis International Airport Authority Management were attempting this conspiracy to intimidate employees from the Climate Control and Building Maintenance Departments to waive their RIGHTS, (without ANY legal justificaton), and with the "IMPLIED ONLY" command to submit to unsolicited medical examinations and also the "IMPLIED ONLY" command to give written answers on a very extensive, very invasive, medical questionnaire,(SEARCH).

.....I informed All my co-workers and the Airport Building Maintenance supervision, (immediately) that this was all illegal, and I HAD NO INTENTION
