Brad's Motorcycle Home Page

Welcome to all! Twelve years of riding and I have been fortunate enough to own eleven very different motorcycles over 72k plus miles. This page is the current group. "Old Rides" is the stuff that has gone. Some of the favorites have left, and some remain, but through it all I enjoyed riding every one of them. More importantly, I have made many new friends through motorcycling. Enjoy, and e-mail me if you ever want to talk about motorcycling! cb1guy@aol.com or quack748@mediaone.net

[1990 Honda CB-1]

[Solo seat]

Yes, a 400. This thing "yanks!" (Trying to start a new word/trend.) It gets attention wherever it goes, and sticks in the corners like no one's business. The larger 600's are surprised to see this little naked bike keeping up! If you ever find one with low miles for the right price, grab it. You won't be sorry...just ask anyone who owns one! (See links below.) Also, a pic with it's new Solo seat!

[1993 FJ1200/ABS]

After over two years of looking for a 92/93 ABS model, I gave up and bought a 97 Bandit 1200. What a mistake! I found this 93 FJ a few weeks later with 6k miles and a very low asking price. I replaced the tires with Dunlop D205's, added Progressive Suspension up front, and a video camera mount facing the rear. This is a sweet ride....

[1997 Ducati 748]

This 1997 Ducati 748 is the newest addition to the fleet. It has about 9000 miles on it, 1000 were during the first 2 weeks I after I bought it in 7/98! Modifications so far are the following:Borla Exhaust System (never needs repacking), computer chip (fuel injected-no rejetting), replacement air filter (much improved flow), bar risers (actually make it ridable for all day trips), Stainless front brake lines (mucho stopping power with GREAT feel), Karbacher seat and some other niceties, such as digital clock, radar detector, etc!
