THE COMIC BOOK NETWORK ELECTRONIC MAGAZINE (CBEM) started in February of 1995 as a way for the members of a BBS network devoted to comic books and related subjects to spread their views on comics and the industry with anyone who had access to Email or the World Wide Web.
