Services We Provide
MENTAL HEALTH & SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES:
Turning Point Behavioral Group is licensed by the State of North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services to provide out-patient services. Our programs are focused torward women & family issues, drug and alcohol abuse, mood disorders, DWI assessments, domestic violence, and dual diagnosis problems.
Our programs include individual counseling, group and family centered treatment sessions facilitated by North Carolina and Nationally Certified Councelors and Social Workers.
DWI PROGRAM:
Our North Carolina DWI Assessment and Treatment programs are licensed by North Carolina. These programs include both short and long term treatment criteria. Please inform your counselor if these are the services you need. We will advise you of North Carolina state criteria for such services. North Carolina Department of Motor Vechicle evaluations are also provided to our clients.
PAYMENT POLICY:
Turning Point Behavioral Health is managed care friendly. Pre-Authorization from the clients insurance company is typically required should the client wish to use their insurance benefits. We will be glad to assist you with these matters. The client is responsible for copayments should Turning Point Behavioral Group be assigned your insurance benefits.
Other methods of payments include personal checks and or cash. Payment for services rendered are due at the beginning of each session. The client is ultimately responsible for payment of all services recieved.
