Gamayo, Sanchez & Associates, Inc. was founded in Stockton, California in 1961 and was incorporated under the laws of the State of California in 1976. To meet the needs of our clients and expand our services, an office was established in San Francisco, California in 1978. Our firm provides complete structural engineering & consultant services.

Our staff of engineers have specialized expertise and a multitude of experience gained from a variety of construction projects to include educational, medical, and financial institutions, commercial and high-rise buildings, industrial plants, bridges and retaining walls, wastewater and stormwater pumping plants. Our staff's expertise has also been applied in the inspection, investigation, analysis and design of existing structures to ensure they meet seismic requirements.

Gamayo, Sanchez & Associates, Inc. excels in accomplishing the project goals while staying within the proposed cost constraints. The goal of our firm is to provide you with the professional services to assure that each project is completed on time and in the most cost-effective manner.

The structural engineering office of today demands that up to date computers and software be available to assist each engineer in design and production of working drawings. Both the Stockton and San Francisco offices have such capabilities, including computer aided design and drafting (CADD). Engineering design requires constant contact and interaction with many professions. Our company has maintained, over the years, consistently good working relations with architects, consultants, building designers, contractors, sub-contractors, testing laboratories as well as State & local Governmental Agencies.

Our firm complies with all licensing requirements. Our professional engineers are licensed in California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Wyoming, Colorado and Hawaii.
