ETERNAL LIFE

Heaven is a gift from God.
Ephesians 2:8-9, "For by grace are you saved
through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is a
gift from God: not of works, lest any man should
boast."
We cannot earn heaven.
Romans 6:23, "The wages of sin is death, but the
gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ
our Lord."
God's standard is perfection.
Matthew 5:48, "Be ye therefore perfect, even as
your Father which is in heaven is perfect."
All have sinned.
Romans 3:23, "For all have sinned, and come
short of the glory of God."
God loves us.
John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that He
gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever
believeth in Him should not perish, but have
everlasting life."
Jesus is God.
John 1:1, 14, "In the beginning was the Word and
the Word was with God, and the Word was
God. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt
among us."
Christ paid the wages of sin.
Isaiah 53:6, "All we like sheep have gone astray;
we have turned every one to his own way; and
the Lord hath laid on Him the iniquity of us all."
Trust in Christ for salvation.
John 14:6 "Jesus said, I am the way, the truth,
and the life; no man cometh unto the Father, but
by me."
