So, you want to be a bard? Well, in my opinion, there are two possibilities, and only one of those is really important. First, you choose a bard as your profession. Easy enough, so I hardly consider that a very big deal. Second, you choose a bard as a lifestyle. In other words, it doesn't take a bard to make a bard. Unfortunately, for you non-bard bards, my scope at the moment is focused on those who are "professional bards". In time, I will move my discussions to more universal matters. Rastavan E. |
