VON HEISSTWESSEN KENNELS HISTORY
Breeding German Shepherds of outstanding QUALITY using German bloodlines of excellence, stable nerves, good temperment, drive and size for law enforcement, obedience, work, sport, home & companion pets . We have been breeding German Shepherds for over 12 years and can provide our customers with a listing of references from several law enforcement facilities, veterinarian's & families who have purchased a VON HEISSTWESSEN puppy. To visitors of our kennel, we offer you our AKC RECORD BOOK, which list every person's name / address / phone number that we have sold puppies to. Visitors can randomly select people from our AKC record book & we can call them to ask if they are satisfied with their puppy .
We are located in Port Allen just 10 minutes from Baton Rouge, Louisiana .Our kennel is situated on 3 acres of land with access to unlimited woods & fields for exercise areas. All of our dogs are our family companions first - breeders last. All our adult dogs are well trained, microchipped, tattoed & healthy.Our goal in breeding is geared towards producing intelligent dogs with correct temperament , good health & beauty.
ATTENTION - WE DID NOT WISH TO HAVE TO PUT THIS NOTICE UP BUT WE HAVE HAD MANY PEOPLE SIMPLY SHOW UP AT OUR DOOR AT ALL HOURS OF DAY / NIGHT WANTING US TO SHOW THEM PUPS .PLEASE BE AWARE WE ACCEPT VISITS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY ! Given the rise in crime in this world & the serial killers within our state in the past ,its just not safe. In this day, age & time- we feel the need for scheduling appointments for folks to visit .We would be happy to arrange a visit to our kennel for you, simply call or email us .[see contact info below ]
