Pattern is to be used for personal use only.
Materials:
* cotton worsted wt. yarn
* one 1
inch plastic ring
* size G crochet hook
Stitches used:
Shell: ( 2 dc-ch2-2 dc) in same stitch
V-Stitch:
(dc-ch 1-dc) in same stitch
ch st
sc
hdc
dc
Directions:
With first color, join with sl st on ring. Ch 1; work 24 sc in ring;
join with sl st to ch 1.
Row 1: Ch 2 (counts as first hdc). Hdc in
next 17 sc. Ch2, turn.
Row 2: *2 hdc in next hdc, hdc in next hdc.
Repeat from * across. Ch 2; turn: (25 hdc)
Row 3: Hdc in next hdc
and in each one across. Fasten off and attach new color.
Row 4: Sc in
first 6 hdc; 2 sc in next hdc, sc in next 5 hdc, 2 sc in next hdc, sc in next 5
hdc, 2 in next hdc, sc in last 6 hdc. Ch 3; turn. (28 sc)
Row 5: Dc-ch
2-2 dc in same st as turning ch. *skip 2 sc, Shell in next sc, Repeat from *
across. Fasten off. (10 shells made)
Row 6: With same color, join in
space between 3rd and 4th shells from edge. Ch 3, *shell in ch 2 sp of next
shell, dc in space between shells, repeat from * 3 more times. Dc in space
between shells. Ch 3, turn. (4 shells & 5 dc made)
Row 7: Shell in
ch 2 sp of each shell and v-stitch in each dc between shells. Dc in last dc. Ch
3, turn.
Rows 8 thru 12: Shell in ch 2 sp of each shell and v-stitch
in ch 1 sp of each v-stitch across. Dc in last dc. Ch 3 turn.
Row 13:
Shell in ch 2 sp of each shell and in ch 1 of each v-stitch across. Dc in
last dc.
Fasten off and weave in ends.
