We are a small hobby breeder , breeding only two to three litters per year. We stress health and temperment with beautiful structure. We also love the solid black German Shepherd Dog and occasionally have quality black puppies for sale.
You won't find a lot of hype and B.S here. We use only healthy, quality animals , in our breeding program.
Most of our breedings are a combination of East German and American lines with some West German lines. Our goal is not to see how many champions we can produce, it is to produce sound healthy puppies that will be a joy to live with. We want our dogs to be able to do the work they were intended to perform and look good while doing it!
Our kennel name comes from the registered name of my first show dog purchased in 1970. His name was Teakwoods Laramie, and he was bred by Marvin and Mickie Schulte of Teakwood Kennels.
