Nothing brings you more peace than communing with Nature!" For me "STRESS
RELIEF" is standing in a stream, sitting by a cascading creek deep in the woods,
or high up on a rock at the top of a mountain. Laying on my back at night watching
a meteor shower streaks across the sky from the White Mountains on the Apache
Indian Reservation at 10,000 ft. Out on a huge lake feeling the rhythm of the water
and the breeze or out in the ocean with nothing around you but the sea and the sky.
Feeling one with my surroundings, talking to God and listening back for his voice
That still small voice that says, 'Peace, Be still my child for I am with you, always'.
