Eleanor Loughran Fouts

This photograph was provided by Robert Middleton from a collection provided by Victoria Middleton.  It is beleived to be Eleanor Loughran, whomarried William D. Fouts on 20 april 1847 in Scott County.  The 1850 census lists her age as 20, William as a physician, age 24, with children Clarance 6 1/2 and Albinus S. age 2.  Thepicture was probably taken in the early 1860s.
