 Hillsdale New Jersey 07642  We have offered Irish language classes in the past and Bergen Community College now offers Irish language classes as a result of the work of our members. We continue to work together with the college in this important partnership. Another organization which we aided in getting started over 15 years ago is the "Gaeltacht Weekend" Irish language immersion group, or Daltai na Gaeilge. Additionally, an Irish language Mass is celebrated once a year by our Gaelic League branch. If you would like more information either click below and E-mail me or write to the above address. For those in the Morris County area, Irish language classes are held at the Chatham Middle School. The teachers are Treasa Ni Laoi and Eibhlin Buckley. A small conversation group gets together weekly at a restaurant in Chatham to converse in Irish, if you are interested in joining the group call Maighread at 201-366-8483. Our dance classes are held on Thursday nights at the Independent Hose Co., 162 Veterans Plaza, Dumont, NJ. We offer classes in both Set and Ceílí dancing.
