We believe that achieving Arrow of LightŪ is a true milestone in a young man's life and, as such, deserves a very special recognition worthy of the work, the growth, and the commitment it embodies. This is why we offer our hand made Honor Arrows and this is why we are so very proud of the thousands that have been sent around the world to boys and leaders who feel as we do.
These arrows are not toys. They are individually hand made reproductions of the "Old Style" Cherokee arrows used throughout the Carolina's and Georgia region. The distinctive 2 feather fletching was in daily use through the 1790's, when other weapons were assimilated. This fletching remains closely associated with the Eastern Band Cherokee when arrows are created or used. Features include a hand worked hardwood shaft with arrowhead fork and nocking slot, hand cut 2 feather fletching and hand carved stone arrowhead. Fletching and arrowhead are secured with sinew wrapping. Quality craftsmanship makes this a lifetime keepsake.
To help you start your own traditions, each Honor Arrow order is shipped with a copy of our own Arrow of LightŪ ceremony that can be used as is or adapted for your pack
