Daughter Catherine (Kathy) was born in 1879/ 80 in St. Louis.
In the 1880 Census for St. Louis, Missouri, first enumeration (roll T9_721, FHL film 1254721, p. 638A) we see George Huth, 27 years old, born in Hanover, parents also born in Hanover. He is a clerk in a store and is married. His wife, Kathy, is 21 and was born in Missouri, her parents in Prussia. She is keeping house. They have a daughter Kathy who is 11 months old. [I do not know which enum. dist. this is. It may be the 1st enum., 99th dist. or another. The ancestry.com image is not available.]
In the 1880 Census for St. Louis, Missouri, second enumeration (roll T9_0732, FHL film 1254732, supv. dist. 71, enum. dist. 250, printed page # 36B, hand-entered page 18, dated 12 Nov.) we see George Huth, 28 years old, Catherine Huth, 21 years old, born in Missouri, parents born in Bavaria. She is a house keeper. Their daughter, Catherine, is 11 months.
Son George C. Jr. (-1G) born in Nov. 1880 in Missouri. Son Jacob (Jack) born in June 1882 in Missouri. Son Frederick was born in Missouri in Feb. 1884.
Daughter Anna born in Feb. 1888 in Missouri. Daughter Ida born in Dec. 1889 in Missouri.
There is a George Huth in the 1890 St. Louis Directory. He is living at 1515 S. 11th St. and is working as a salesman for John Neun & Co. I do not know if he is the father of Edna.
Daughter Edna was born in Mar. 1892 in Missouri.
The 1900 Census for Missouri (supv. dist. 11, enum. dist. 110, sheet 6B, dwelling 68, family 132, dated 07 June) lists Edna and her family in St. Louis. Her father, George, 48 years old, was born in Germany in Apr. 1852, his parents also. He is a salesman of drygoods. He immigrated in 1871, is naturalized and has been in the U.S. 29 years. His wife, Katerina, 41 years old, was born in Dec. 1858 in Missouri, her parents in Germany. They have been married 22 years and have 7 children out of 10 born. They are renting the house at 1519 S. 11th St. in ward 7 of St. Louis. Their daughter Katie, 20 years old, born in July 1879. Son George, 19, born in Nov. 1880, is a stock clerk in a drygoods business. Son Jacob, 17, born in June 1882, is an elevator tender. Son Frederick, 16, born in Feb. 1884, is a polisher for stove works. Daughter Anna, 12, born Feb. 1888, is at school. Daughter Ida, 10, born in Dec. 1889, is at school. Daughter Edna, 8, born in Mar. 1892, is also at school. All the children are single and were born in Missouri. All the people can speak, read and write English.
The 1910 Census for Missouri (supv. dist. 10, enum. dist. 212, sheet 13A, dwelling 219, family 301, lines 30-37, dated 23 Apr.) shows the family of Edna living at 3462 Osage in ward 13 of St. Louis. the father, George C., 57, was born in Germany, parents also. He immigrated in 1872 and has the "Na" status. He is a salesman for retail drygoods. The mother, Katie. 50, was born in MO, parents in Germany. They have been married 31 years. Seven children were born, 7 are living. Son George C. Jr. is 29, and had the occupation of "Specialities". Son Jack [Jacob] C., 27, is a salesman of retail furniture. Son Fred is 26, is a metal polisher. Daughter Ida, 20, has no occupation. Daughter Edna, 18, has no occupation. All of the listed children are single and were born in Missouri. Also in the household is a nephew to the head, Edgar Eckhardt, 22, single, born in Missouri. He is a caller in millining [??]. All of the people speak English.
The 1920 Missouri Census (vol. 100, enum. district 159, sheet 7, line 85) shows Otto (Jr) and his own family living at 2303a S. 13th St. in St. Louis city. He is 28 years old, born in Missouri. He is a meat wholesaler. His wife, Edna, is 27 years old and was born in Missouri. Their first son is with them. Also living with them is Edna's father George Huth (67 years old, born in Hanover), Edna's mother Katherine Huth (61 years old, born in Missouri), and Edna's brother Frederick Huth (35 years old, born in Missouri).
Her husband died after the 1920 Census but before the 1930 Census.
In the 1930 Census for Missouri (supv. dist. 9, enum. dist. 96-471, printed page #168A, hand-entered p. 40, house 67, family 72, lines 19-20, 26 Apr.) we see Catherine, 71, as head of household and as a widow. She was born in Missouri; her parents in Europe. She has no occupation. Her son, Fred, is 46 years old and is also widowed. He was born in Missouri, his father in Germany, his mother in Missouri. He is a salesman in the millinery industry. They are living at 4145a Fillmore St. in block 5929 or ward 13 of St. Louis. They are renting for $18/month and they have a radio set.
She may have died on 28 Apr. 1935 in St. Louis

Her son Frederick and daughter Edna died after the 1930 Census. I do not know the marriage and death dates of her other children.
