On the marriage record of Wilhelm to Martha Teichgräber we see Wilhelm's parents listed as Johann Winge and Marianna Beschorner. At the time of the birth of Wilhelm, Marianna was living in Schönthal. Silesia. (LDS microfilm #1199598)
The county of birth of Wilhelm's parents are given on Wilhelms death certificate (31 Mar. 1928). However, the first names of Wilhelm's parents are given as Joseph and Johanna, as filled out by his widow, Martha Teichgräber, and thus do not agree with the names on the marriage certificate of Wilhelm.
The town of Marianna's birth is unknown, but it might be in Wölfelsdorf or Schönthal, or at least in the province of Silesia. Marianna may have had at least one other child besides Wilhelm. The obituary of her son Wilhelm (31 Mar 1928, St. Louis Post-Dispatch) shows that Wilhelm was an uncle, therefore Wilhelm or his wife, Martha, at one time had a sibling.
The existance of other children or husbands of Marianna is unknown. Marianna did not immigrate with her son, Wilhelm. She probably died in Prussia.
The IGI Database has a Marianna Elisabeth Beschorner who was born 27 May 1821 in Wölfelsdorf, Silesia, Prussia. Her parents were Laurenz Beschorner and Elisabeth Veithin. (LDS film No. 1760779 - individual record). I will need to examine more film.
There was also a Marianna Beschorner of Mittelwalde, Silesia who married Alois Reinsch and had a son Wilhelm Reinsch on 27 Sep. 1850.
