The (0G) after the names indicates the number of generations before Erven Thoma.

I cannot find a Social Security number for her. Probably she never applied for a number and just filed under her husband or she died before she had a chance to utilize earnings.

She married Robert S. Ricklin (0G) somewhat after Jan. 1946. Robert enlisted in military service in Jan. 1946.

The had two children after Jan. 1946.

The 1966 St. Louis County Dir. lists Robt S (Shirley) Ricklin, Metal Flex Sls. (Univ. City), with a home at 2285 Brook Dr. in Florissant. The 1969 County Dir. has the same information as in 1966 (without Univ. City). The St. Louis County Directory of 1970 shows Robert S. Ricklin, with wife Shirley, as president of Metaflex Sls. Inc., living at 2285 Brook Dr. in Florissant, MO. The combined issue (1972-73) of the County Dir. has the same information as in 1969. The County Dir. of 1975 has the same information. The 1976 County Dir. lists Robt. S. & Shirley E. Ricklin, pres. Metal Flex Sls. Inc., with a home at 2285 Brook Dr. in Florissant, MO.

The U. S. Public Records Index database on Ancestry.Com has an entry for Shirley Ricklin living at 2285 Brook Dr. in Florissant with Robert S. Ricklin. It gives her birth date as 11 May 1935 which is much later than the date on the grave monument. This same database also lists a Mary A. Ricklin with the same birthdate and same address!

She died before her husband (29 Sep. 1987); then he remarried. She was buried in Sunset Memorial Park, St. Louis. Her husband was buried next to her. Her siblings and parents are unknown to me.
