Although Ohio, Oregon, and Florida and a few other states are running a close second, in my opinion Virginia is the most outrageous state of all when it comes to judicial corruption and the lack of due process received. I have had to dedicate and entire portion of my web site just to VA. Please see below under the "V's." Until due process is given to the citizens of this country as allegedly guarenteed by the Constitution and Bill of Rights, the American Flag at the top of this site will continue to fly at half mast. ALSO, due to the number of infiltraters these pigs send in to disrupt and discredit, be very cautious before believing each individual complaint. The enemy's of freedom send "provacateurs" whenever possible.

Judge Leslie Wells had an undisclosed financial interest in his case, but instead of recusing herself, found him guilty and further punished him because he did not find her corruption in office satisfactory and tried to defend himself against it. Judge Boyce Martin! (he likes to sign his name with an "!" at the end when he denies the citizens the right to file judicial complaints against one of his own, is receiving judicial complaints against him for refusing to file the many complaints against Wells. Officials of the DOJ and other federal agencies have ignored numerous complaints of such corruption which emboldened the now named First Bethany Bank & Trust to continue employing the legal-judicial system to perfect it's predatory lending scheme to take all that we had worked a lifetime for - all done under color of law without ever having a trial by a jury. These petitions for your help arose when the U. S. 5th Cir. Ct. of Appeals ignored our pleadings showing the bank's insider-lawyer (Peter Pierce) and the banks Louisiana council, extended their extrinsic fraud by which the bank took possession of our American Inn in the courts in Oklahoma in a conspiracy of corrupt conduct and fraud upon the court with our legal counsel, (lawyersof nine (9) Oklahoma law firms).
