This doctrine will allow  us to answer the same thing
with the same judgment . When spiritually hungry people asked : What should we do to be saved?
Acts 2:37.
we need to answer with one voice:
1-Repent
2-Be baptize in Jesus Christ name ,for the remission of your sins
3-And you shall receive the Gift of the Holy Ghost , with the evidences of speaking in other
tongues as the Spirit ,gives the utterance.
Acts 2:1-4 and Acts 2:38.

Dispensational truth will helps see the answers to questions that continue to divide Chrisendom.

1-Why the thief on the cross went to heaven on a simple confession of faith and nobody else can?

2-Why the bible says that Old Testament saints were filled with the Spirit but didnot speak in tongues?

3-Why the dispensation of grace starts at the
Day of Pentecost and not when OUR Lord was born?

4-Why we should always answer the question
HOW do we enter into the Kingdom of God?
from the gospel(John 3:1-8) and the book of Acts 2:38 , 10:44-48 and 19:1-6.
and Not from the epistles ,which were written to Christians already born again , not to unrepented sinners!!

CAREFUL STUDY OF THE SCRIPTURES WILL REVEAL THAT :

1-The Holy Ghost experience was reserved for New Testament era (dispensation) (period with specific standard).

2-The unity in doctrine that united the Church in the first century ( the golden age of christianity).

3-The full deity of the man Christ Jesus ,as oppose to a Greek heresy that arose after the disciples of the apostles were dead (about 150 a.d.).That changed the mode of baptism from immersion to sprinkling.(2)-the formula of baptism from using the words in the name of
JESUS CHRIST: to  The trinitirian formula
using the words in the name of  THE FATHER, AND OF THE SON , AND OF THE HOLY GHOST.
3-They further introduced to Christianity pagan perversions like :
   a-paying for salvation (called indulgences)
   b-worshiping images
   c-sprinkling babies for remission of sins that cannot repent.

NOTE : MY HEART IS HEAVY AS I REHEARSE THE FALSE PRACTICES THAT HAVE DIVIDED OUR FAITH INTO 260 DENOMINATIONS.
Please let us return to that blessed unity in doctrine and in  the charity of acts 2:38-47.

The word dispensation means period with specific instruction to obey a unique requirement of GOD for that particular periods.

THE BIBLE REVEALS 8 DISPENSATIONS.
five have passed , we are living on the 6th,
and two more to come.

Some of the dispensations are to all humankind . Others were given to a man ,
called Abraham , that became the father of many nations ,and those nations became a
Church ! the body of Christ worldwide!

we notice that GOD THE FATHER NEVER repeated the requirements of a failed dispensation in another . for this reason we donot think that GOD can be expected to use something that he already judged insufficient.

1-FIRST DISPENSATION = INNOCENCE
A- From the creation of man to the expulsion from the Garden of Eden
B-the Standard was= Do not eat from the fruit of the of tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
C-finished in judgment (expulsion) Genesis 3.
D- moral lesson= man  IS incapable to obey even in a state of  innocence immortality.

2-DISPENSATION OF CONCIENSE
a- From the expulsion to the Flood in the times of Noah.
b- Standard= Obey and serve God through the conscious effort to choose good over evil .
c- Judgment= the flood that killed all living beings.
d- Man proves again ,inability to reach a higher consciousness to obtain eternal life. Genesis chapter 6.

3-DISPENSATION OF HUMAN GOVERNMENT
a- From the flood to the tower of Babel
b- Standard= human rule over the earth by Patriarchs they were able to do this because they all spoke the
language and have the same culture.
c- Judgement= This dispensation finishes in judgment as the people rebel against the
commandment of GOd to replenish the earth they decide stop in the valley of Shinar ( Iran) in built a tower all the way to heaven in pride in  Genesis 11. The languages confused by God and  the work ceased!
Note: from this point on God begins to look for a man after his own heart . that will trust him ,forever
he found such man in ABRAHAM.

4-FROM ABRAHAM TO MOSES
THIS PERIOD IS CALLED THE DISPENSATION OF FAITH OR OF THE PROMISE.
a- Standard = faith on a promise from God's mouth
b- Judgment = Abraham's descendants became slaves to Egypt.
c- In this dispensation GOD required circumsicion and the tithes 430 yrs before the Law!!!
d-In this period God begins to purified a people to worship HIM in spirit and in truth through faith. He develops his witnesses to the rest of the world , with one message Righteousness pay off great rewards.

5- the DISPENSATION OF THE LAW
a- From Mt.Sinai to the DAY of Pentecost. (about 2,000 yrs)
b-Standard = the LAW of MOSES
c-In this dispensation JEHOVAH (exodus 3) takes about 3 millions slaves and makes a holy nation , a nation of priests to be his teachers to the rest of the world.
d-They fail miserably and the 10 northern tribes are send  into Assyrian captivity . and the southern tribes of Benjamin and Judah into Babylonian captivity. from this point on Jerusalem is under total heathen ,pagan domination because Israel rejected Jesus , those conditions remain until today ( this is called THE TIMES OF THE GENTILES)  Romans 11.

DEAR DISCIPLES OF CHRIST WE CAN CLEARLY SEE
THROUGH DISPENSATIONAL TRUTH THAT OUR LONGSUFFERING MAKER HAVE TRIED SEVERAL METHODS TO REACH US , HIS CREATION.

THE FALLEN NATURE OF MEN (ADAMIC), WAS UNABLE TO PLEASE HIM .
THROUGH INNOCENCE
NEITHER THROUGH CONCIENSE
NEITHER THROUGH HUMAN GOVERNMENT
NEITHER THROUGH FAITH ALONE
AND WE DIDNOT KEEP THE LAW EITHER.

NOW WE UNDERSTAND JESUS saying"new wine for new bottles but new wine must be put into new bottles; and both are preserved". 33Luke 5:38 KJV16

We needed a new nature , a supernatural nature ,our own failed for 4,000 yrs to keep the least of the commandments. No wonder JEsus cried like this:John 7:37 In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.
38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)
and again in luke 24:49 :49 And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.
LOOK AT HIS URGENCY AT PROMISE: Acts 1:
6 When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?
7 And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.
8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

THE 6TH DISPENSATION IS CALLED THE GRACE OF GOD!
THE GRACE OF GOD IS THE COMBINATION OF ATONEMENT (CALVARY) , WITH THE OUTPOURING OF THE HOLY GHOST = which is the impartation of the divine nature of God into men , given them power to retained
the Spirit in the body comforting them into eternal life!

The sign of tongues ( evidence) supernatural , is to convince us that He is with us forever .JOHn 14:18. and colosians 1:23
Mark 16:15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
THE POWER OF THE HOLY GHOST ENABLES US TO KEEP
HIS LAW AND THE SPIRIT OF THE LAW . IT transformed  our life into  christlikeness (gal.5:22,23) (John 1:12)not but the will of
man ,or flesh,or blood .BORN OF GOD (john 1:12) john 3:8.

How many christians are suffering today from discouragement , and fear , and unbelief  because they have not real sign from GOD ?

that GOD has accepted  their repentance. SEE brethren  it is not a matter  of us accepting HIM , but He accepting us.

FOR THE MIRACLES AND THE JOY THAT HE SAW UPON THE PEOPLE IN SAMARIA ?, BUT ONLY OFFERED MONEY

AND LAYED HANDS UPON THE PEOPLE:

MY BRETHREN AS CIRCUMSICION WAS ESSENTIAL TO SALVATION UNDER THE LAW . SO WATER BAPTISM IN JESUS NAME IS THE CIRCUMCISION WITHOUT HANDS

AS THE SABAOTH DAY WAS MANDATORY TO BE KEPT .
SO IS THE BAPTISM OF THE HOLY GHOST WITH THE INITIAL EVIDENCE OF TONGUES ,OUR REST AND REFRESHING ,OUR COMFORTER : OUR SANCTIFICATION. ISA 28:11,12.

WITHOUT HIM ,WE ARE NOT OF JESUS CHRIST! ROMANS 8:
9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
ISAIAH 28:
11 For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people.
12 To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear.
