WE WANT YOU TO ENJOY YOUR VISIT AND HAVE A SAFE TIME
We suggest you wear comfortable old clothes and boots on your visit. No button front shirts.
We're "country casual" folks and our dog will probably get your jeans dirty anyway.
Button front shirts, scarves and loose jewelry can catch on the saddle horn when dismounting.
We LOVE our horses and want them to go to the best homes possible.
Our horses are friendly, but as anything can happen on a ranch, you and your guests will be required to sign a "Release of Liability" before handling or riding the horses.
You are responsible for your own safety and for the safety of your guests, including any minor children, and for the safety and welfare of your possessions, pets and those of your guests.
We ask that all small children and pets remain at home or in your vehicle for their safety.
At this time there are no public restrooms or child-care facilities.
We can provide saddles and tack for your use, but you are permitted to bring your own saddle. We will provide the saddle blanket and headstall.
PAYMENT IS MADE IN CASH ONLY.
All Good Cash Offers are Gladly Considered. Discounts happily given for multi-purchases.
We cannot release our horses if you pay by check until the check is deposited and funded.
* NO EXCEPTIONS.
* There will be a service charge ($10.00 per day per horse) for those paying by check to
cover feed and care of horse(s) during this time period (usually 7-14 days).
We can deliver your horse for a fee as time and distance permits.
Veterinary health checks are permitted before purchase at buyer's expense.
* You will be required to pay a deposit of $500 (cash) per horse.
* You will have 5 days to have the horse(s) examined by a licensed veterinary professional
of your choice.
* Scheduling of on-site Vet appointment and all Vet fees are your responsibility.
* Deposit will be applied to purchase.
* Failure to complete the purchase forfeits the entire deposit.
* Deposit is non-refundable, and will be used to cover the cost of our time.
PLEASE REMEMBER: THERE ARE INHERENT RISKS INVOLVED IN ALL RANCH ACTIVITIES.
The M & M Ranch, its owners, employees, and volunteers are not responsible for accidents or injury to you, your guests, or your possessions. We will be concentrating on the task at hand including saddling, riding, showing, instructing, and assisting you with your horse selections. Therefore, for safety's sake, we cannot be distracted with extraneous activity.
Children and pets will not be allowed in the pasture or round pen or around our horses.
Adults are required to sign a "Release of Liability" for all minor children and their invited guests.
Our horses are gentle, but NO HORSE is completely "BOMB PROOF" or "KID SAFE".
Our horses are hand-selected. We don't take trades.
