This workshop will help you understand why children bully others
and what you can do to help.

  Robin Lurie-Meyerkopf BA Ed

  *  Learn how to support your child in a bullying situation
  *  Find out why the Asperger’s population is more vulnerable
  *  Understand why bullying behavior can have long lasting effects
  *  Hear how you can help your school be a safe place for all children
  *  Understand how families and schools can work together to address this issue

Robin has worked for the past twenty years in education, as a classroom teacher, an environmental educator and now as a consultant.  She has graduated from Antioch University’s Autism Spectrum Disorders Certificate Program with specialized training in pragmatic group skills.  She has been a member of her local high school’s Equity Team for a number of years, whose mission is to look at the issues of bullying and harassing behavior.  With her experience as a teacher, her education and background, Robin understands the complexity of working with this population of children.
