About Me
Sidney L Coggins, author of
"NE
VER A HERO".
Born in Weinert, Texas in 1923
JOINED CIVILIAN CONSERVATION CORP after High School then left CCC to join the Navy.
Then after World War II ended I left the Navy and went to work where I met my wife Ann, we have
been married for 53 years and have 3 children, and 6 grandchildren.
Life has been good to our family, and after working for more years than I can remember, I retired
and started writing a book for the children to know of their background, it somehow evolved into
several books that I hope to be published in the near future
