Labrador Rescuers of San Diego
Lab rescue has many Labrador Retrievers & mixes up for adoption that were rescued out of Animal Shelters. They are all living in foster homes or are being boarded until a family of their own is found. They have male & females of all ages & colors. Retrievers have great temperaments that get along great with almost everyone of all ages. They are all current on shots, spayed or neutered.   Website: www.labrescuers.com
Pit Bull Rescue was founded in 2003, and is devoted to saving and improving the lives of Pit Bulls in San Diego County. We are partnered with two other San Diego rescues - Help4Pets and Gruffs Pit Stop.  1 in 20 Pit Bulls are adopted from shelters, while the rest of them languish in the cages or are euthanized. We are dedicated to improving those odds, and to promoting a positive image of a wonderful breed.
Adopting
All of the dogs that we have available are wonderful - some are good with cats, most are good with other dogs, and all of them are crazy about people. Due to the breed that we are dealing with, we will ask to do a homecheck to ensure that the yard is secured, and that the dog will be safe. To fill out an adoption form online, and to see the dogs that we have available for adoption please go to their website
Only 1 in 20 Pit Bulls in Animal Shelters get adopted.  With your help, we can get more out alive..Every little bit helps. Save a Life, and help provide a new one.
This is only one breed of parrot that is in a Parrot Education & Adoption foster home.  To be eligible to adopt any of their parrots/birds you must attend their seminars.  For more info go to their website at www.peac.org  or call 619-287-8200.
