Skating in Sydney
A great rink not far from the city is the Macquarie Ice Rink at the Macquarie Center -- you can catch the 288 or 292 bus from one of the Queen Victoria Building Stations, which will take you right to the front door of the mall in under 45 minutes. From there, it's about a 5 minute walk to the rink. It's a wonderfully maintained, large ice surface with public sessions running all weekend long, as well as on certain weekday nights convenient to work schedules. They also offer an economical coffee club skate geared towards adult skaters!
