SREE NARAYANA  WORLD COUNCIL

Love and mutual respect are the corner stones of peace and happiness on the earth. God created human beings as equals, irrespective of country color, and religion. Yet, the world is full of hatred and blood baths.

The world has been blessed with the birth of many prophets, philosophers, and reformers. Their sacrificial life and teaching brought faith and trust to humanity. But there is no end to the making of misery by the human being.

More than a century ago Sree Narayana Guru taught among other things:

"Whichever the religion, it suffices, if it makes a better human"
"He who loves is who really lives"
"Love Thy neighbor and work hard for the prosperity of Thy neighbor"
"Actions taken for one’s happiness should also provide peace and comfort to others as well"

These prophetic pronouncements touched the core of the problems existed at the time and ameliorated the sufferings of many people.

Painfully, the full benefit of those pragmatic teachings has not been reaped. We, the Sree Narayanites, the followers of Sree Narayana Guru, have the duty and responsibility to preach and practice the ideas and ideals of the Guru for the betterment of the humanity.

SREE NARAYANA GLOBAL CONVENTION

The Sree Narayana Global Convention was a gigantic but humble step in this direction. It provided an opportunity to meet many people from different parts of the world. For the followers of Sree Narayana Guru, it presented the rare occasion of knowing each other and appreciating the many good things Sree Narayana Guru’s exhortations have brought for them. Further, it provided an opportunity for pondering and preparing the many steps required for preserving and propagating Guru’s legacy for the benefit of the present generation and the posterity.

"Be educated and thus be enlightened"
"Be organized, and thus be strengthened"

DISTINGUISHED GUESTS AND PARTICIPANTS

The convention and conference were attended by many important figures, hailing from the USA, UK, UAE, France, India, and many other countries. The convention provided the perfect atmosphere to meet and mingle .. lifelong connections were made.
