Registrations are typically processed within 7 to 10 days of receipt.

Enrollment packets are provided upon completion of registration.

DANCER Program fee of US $2,580 includes tuition for classes, housing and performance participation.

July 19th to August 16th. Check in ALBANY, NEW YORK on the afternoon of July 19th for orientation.

Check out in NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK in the morning of August 16th.

Upon acceptance enrollment reservation deposit of $380.00 is due.

DANCE STUDENT Program fee of US $410 (9-11 yrs.old) or US $680 (12-14 yrs. old) includes tuition for classes and performance participation July 21st to August 9th.

Upon acceptance enrollment reservation deposit of $150 is due, balance is due by April 15, 2008.

By signing this Registration Form, the participant and Parent/Legal/Guardian acknowledge and agree to the following provisions:

1. The Ajkun Ballet Theatre may dismiss any participant for any reason it deems appropriate.

2. Ajkun Ballet Theatre reserves the right to change class schedule, make changes in training related matters or faculty, performance dates and venues and performance casting at any time, with or without notice.

3. The participant or parent/legal/guardian agrees to provide insurance verification, applicable forms and payment when due. The participant or parent/legal/guardian understands that the registration and program fees are nonrefundable. Credit toward future programs may be issued under extreme circumstances, as determined by the Ajkun Ballet Theatre Board of Directors on a case by case basis.

4. The participant and parent/legal/guardian give permission to the Ajkun Ballet Theatre to photograph and videotape him/her, during the time he/she is enrolled for present and future publicity, press and/or any purposes.
