Administering the sales,
contracts, windows and delivery of the myriad of rights available in one single
project (100+ territories by at least 5 major medias) is one of the most
difficult challenges to effectively and profitably exploit it.
AMA is able to do this, thanks to
the development of computer systems that can be easily customized to the needs
of its clients. Alex Mendoza, having designed and implemented company specific
Contract and Sales Administration systems for all his previous employers, has now
designed a new system that is all integrated on every step of the process. This
new system is geared to be able to manage and administer a virtually unlimited
number of libraries of different companies, regardless if their libraries
include one or thousands of titles.
These systems are proprietary of
AMA and they are not to be sold as a software package. They are rather designed
to satisfy the needs of many small independent companies and producers, saving
them the need to acquire an out-of-the-box system and to hire a contract
administrator.
