BIOGRAPHY

Leo E. Green, Democrat, 23rd Legislative District, Prince George's County, Maryland. Member, State Senate, 1983 to present. Former member, House of Delegates. Past Mayor, City of Bowie, two terms.

Vice chair, Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee. Member: Prince George's County Senate Delegation; Legislative Policy Committee; Executive Nominations Committee; Joint Committee on Spending Affordability; Juvenile Justice Task Force; Task Force to Conquer Cancer in Maryland, and the Governor's Work Force Investment Board, among others.
