At Allen Weddings, professional event planners will organize every detail of your reception for you and customize it to your wishes and all you have to do is sit back and enjoy it.
Thinking of an elegant evening out, surrounded by twinkling lights and the sounds of the night? Or maybe a fairy garden complete with a wishing well and fairy dust. Perhaps you see you and your prince charming greeting your family and friends at the gates as you arrive in your horse-drawn carriage to a gala that would make Cinderella sigh. Or, celebrate like a queen, complete with lavish decorations in a grand hall where you are the belle of the ball.
Whatever you can dream, we can arrange. We will make your reception a memorable event for you and your guests.

At the Beach
Let your guests enjoy our Wedding Cake Reception on the beach folling your ceremony. A great way to share the joy with a small group of family and friends and enjoy a beautiful Florida day. We'll set up a table and provide the paper plates and silverwear and punch. You bring the fun!

At the Tropical Garden
Our private Tropical Garden is a beautiful place to enjoy a reception. Wonderful for parties with under 75 guests, the garden is adorned with tropical flowers indigenous to this area and is a great setting for a wedding celebration! All menus are available in the garden. Garden rental is $150/hour Sunday through Friday and $200/hour Saturday after 4:00 p.m. Packages are available call for information.

Clearwater Sailing Center Located across the street from Sand Key Beach, Clearwater Sailing Center is a wonderful location for receptions up to 120 guests. Overlooking the Bay, the view from the glass walls on the second floor is marvelous and continues the beach theme of the wedding.

Wedding Cake Reception: from $20 per person/$200 minimum
After your beautiful beach ceremony, gather your guests together for our wedding cake reception. The small reception will capture the memories you want to remember without all the extras you may not want. Reception includes cake and cake stand, punch or soft drinks with server, complimentary champagne and toast and cd background music.
Use our beautiful tropical garden for the wedding cake reception and enjoy the tropical decorations as a special treat (Tropical garden reception includes 30 minute garden rental, chairs and tables. For all other locations tables and chairs are available for an additional fee.)

Luncheon Buffet Reception: from $30 per person/ $700 minimum
Spend your first moments as husband and wife enjoying an early afternoon reception complete from top to bottom. Our luncheon buffet includes our small centerpieces,** background music, gift table, finger sandwiches, assorted fruit tray, assorted cheese tray, chips and dip, vegetable tray with dip, wedding cake, punch or soft drinks with server and complimentary champagne and toast. Luncheon Buffet (Tropical garden reception includes one hour garden rental, tables and chairs. For all other locations, chairs and tables are available for an additional fee.) Add cold shrimp platter for $6 per person.

Make your wedding an event to remember with our light evening buffet reception. Reception includes medium centerpieces,** some decorations, background music, gift table, finger sandwiches, assorted fruit tray, assorted cheese tray, chips and dip, vegetable tray with dip, hot chicken fingers, sweet and sour meatballs, rolls and butter, wedding cake, punch or soft drinks with server and complimentary champagne and toast. (Tropical garden reception includes one hour garden rental, tables and chairs. For all other locations, tables and chairs are available for an additional fee.) Dinner Buffet Reception: from $75 per person/$1400 minimum
Our most lavish reception, our dinner buffet includes everything you could imagine. You will certainly feel like royalty after experiencing the night we have planned for you. Reception includes medium centerpieces,** all decorations, background music, gift table with gift book, background music, 35 photos, dance floor and music, beef tips burgundy, chicken marsala, stuffed mushrooms, tossed salad, vegetable and relish tray, garlic mashed potatoes, assorted cheeses and fruit trays, rolls and butter, wedding cake, punch or soft drinks with server and complimentary champagne and toast. (Tropical garden reception includes two hours garden rental, table and chairs. For all other locations, tables and chairs are available for an additional fee.) Add cold shrimp platter for $6 per person.

Bartender: $150 per hour; you supply liquor
Hors d' oeuvres service: $90 per hour
Cocktail hour plus your alcohol
Coffee service: $3 per person ($50 minimum)
DJ: $450 to $850 ** Centerpieces come in small, medium and large. Theme, flowers and ornaments may vary. We will happily customize your centerpieces to your needs.
