For the purpose of this presentation, the Company shall be referred to as the Agency
The main activity : code CAEN/CPSA- UNECE- 752.3, Activities Justice.
The main domain of activities is Services to the Society as per. Code UNECE- CAEN/CPSA 752.*as follows:
75.2 Provision of services to the community as a whole
75.21 Foreign affairs
This class includes:
- administration and operation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and diplomatic and consular missions stationed abroad or at offices of international organizations
- administration, operation and support for information and cultural services intended for distribution beyond national boundaries
- aid to foreign countries, whether or not routed through international organizations
- provision of military aid to foreign countries
- management of foreign trade, international financial and foreign technical affairs
- international assistance, e.g. refugee or hunger relief programmes
75.22 Defence activities
This class includes:
- administration, supervision and operation of military defence affairs and land, sea, air and space defence forces such as:
• combat forces of army, navy and airforce
• engineering, transport, communications, intelligence, material, personnel and other non-combat forces and commands
• reserve and auxiliary forces of the defence establishment
• provision of equipment, structures, supplies, etc.
• health activities for military personnel in the field
- administration, operation and support of civil defence forces
- support for the working-out of contingency plans and the carrying-out of exercises in which civilian institutions and populations are involved
This class excludes:
- provision of military aid to foreign countries, see 75.21
- activities of military tribunals, see 75.23
- provision of supplies for domestic emergency use in case of peacetime disasters, see 75.24
- educational activities of military schools, colleges and academies, see 80
- activities of military hospitals, see 85.11
75.23 Justice and judicial activities
This class includes:
- administration and operation of administrative civil and criminal law courts, military tribunals and the judicial system
- prison administration and provision of correctional services
This class also includes:
- rehabilitation services
This class excludes:
- advice and representation in civil, criminal and other cases, see 74.11
- activities of prison schools, see 80
- activities of prison hospitals, see 85.11
75.24 Public security, law and order activities
This class includes:
- administration and operation of regular and auxiliary police forces supported by public authorities and of port, border, coastguards and other special police forces, including traffic regulation, alien registration, operation of police laboratories and maintenance of arrest records
- provision of supplies for domestic emergency use in case of peacetime disasters
This class excludes:
- administration and operation of military armed forces, see 75.22
75.25 Fire service activities
This class includes:
- firefighting and fire-prevention:
• administration and operation of regular and auxiliary fire brigades supported by public authorities in fire-prevention, firefighting, rescue of persons and animals, assistance in civic disasters, floods, road accidents, etc.
This class also includes:
- marine fireboat services
- marine fireboat services

The Services section of CAAMC srl . , follows the above field of activities according to the provisions of: CPSA 752/741/7320 (Administration is substituted by Services).
Our AGENCY is a truly Independent Entity, and is regulated only by the Romanian and Internationa Laws. As such, the AGENCY, provides true objective services to all of it’s clients.
The information regarding the principals of the AGENCY shall be provided upon request. (or can be found at the Ministry of Justice as per Romanian Laws and provisions set by the National Office of Commerce Registry under No: 14886234.; J40/9165/09.18.2002)
**MANAGEMENT**
For the purpose of this presentation, The " AGENCY" puts forth the following management concept: upon the receiving a contract , the AGENCY, will use the resources granted by license, to draw upon the resources of the state and find the best qualified professionals to fit the program, tailoring it’s activities as directed by the client, in accordance to the laws. The AGENCY will form an “administrative management cell”, to be applied to various tasks, providing by this option a streamlined report and easy access to its activities by the principals of the program. A substructure of limited decision professionals will provide the research bases for the report. At the bottom of the chart, but not to be ignored, a series of “as needed” individuals will aligned the whole process to the demands.
As we are sure you can envision, our approach though proprietary and unique in it’s way, will provide access to a wide variety of channels to the State Institutions. It is for this reason that even if we may assume the risk to be outside the realm of your requirements, we can not commit at this time to an iron clad approach to be set forth beforehand.
The strategic results framework imposed by the client, will be the key instrument for the management and monitoring of our team. Our goal is to produce a results-oriented set of services to fit as an integral part of our clients plan.

7521 Activitati de afaceri externe
Administrarea si functionarea Ministerului Afacerilor Externe, inclusiv a misiunilor diplomatice si consulatelor, precum si a reprezentantilor Romaniei in organismele internationale.
Administrarea, functionarea si finantarea serviciilor de informare si culturale in afara granitelor nationale.Acordarea de ajutor economic si militar altor tari in mod direct sau prin intermediul organismelor internationale .
Afaceri generale cu privire la comertul exterior, probleme financiare si tehnice internationale.
Asistenta internationala (ajutorul dat refugiatilor si ajutoarele pentru combaterea foametei).
7522 Activitati de aparare nationala
Servicii de aparare nationala, protectie civila:
- administrarea, supravegherea si functionarea activitatilor de aparare nationala si a fortelor armate (terestre, navale, aeriene si spatiale, geniu, transporturi, transmisiuni, servicii secrete, de personal si alte servicii necombatante);
- servicii ale fortelor de rezerva si auxiliare ale apararii nationale precum si ale jandarmeriei;
- aprovizionarea si furnizarea de echipamente si alte furnituri;
- ocrotirea sanatatii personalului militar in unitatile militare si campanii;
- administrarea, functionarea si finantarea fortelor civile de aparare (dotarea cu material si efectuarea de lucrari, in afara planurilor militare, pentru realizarea de exercitii in care sunt implicate institutiile civile si populatia);
- administrarea politicii de cercetare - dezvoltare in domeniul apararii si a finantarii acestora.
Exceptii: Activitatile de cercetare si dezvoltare experimentala se includ, dupa caz, in clasele diviziunii 73 (Cercetare - dezvoltare). Activitatile administrative ale organismelor apararii se includ in clasa 7511 (Activitati de administratie generala) . Ajutorul militar dat altor tari se include in clasa 7521 (Activitati de afaceri externe). Activitatile tribunalelor militare se includ in clasa 7523 (Activitati de justitie). Activitatile de urgenta interne in caz de dezastru pe timp de pace sunt incluse in clasa 7525 (Activitati de protectie civila). Activitatile educationale ale institutiilor de invatamant militar (scoli, academii etc.) sunt incluse, dupa caz, in clasele diviziunii 80 (Invatamant). Activitatile spitalelor militare sunt incluse in clasa 8511 (Activitati de asistenta spitaliceasca si sanatoriala).
7523 Activitati de justitie
Administrarea si functionarea instantelor judecatoresti: solutionarea de catre judecatori, tribunale, curti de apel, Curtea Suprema de Justitie a cauzelor civile, comerciale, de familie, de munca, penale, de contencios administrativ, si altele; activitatea parchetelor, inclusiv activitatea de cercetare si urmarire penala desfasurata de politie. Servicii administrative legate de retinerea si reeducarea infractorilor (activitatea penitenciarelor).
Exceptii: Consultatiile si asistenta juridica in cazuri de crime si alte situatii se includ in clasa 7411 (Activitati juridice). Activitatile de invatamant organizate in inchisori se includ in clasele diviziunii 80 (Invatamant). Activitatile spitalelor din inchisori se includ in clasa 8511 (Activitati de asistenta spitaliceasca si sanatoriala).
7524 Activitati de ordine publica
Activitati ale politiei: prevenirea si combaterea infractionalitatii, mentinerea ordinii si linistii publice, supravegherea circulatiei, evidenta populatiei, intretinerea fisierelor persoanelor retinute. Activitati pe linie de pasapoarte si ale politiei de frontiera: eliberarea actelor de trecere a frontierei de stat a Romaniei, controlul documentelor de trecere a frontierei de catre persoane si mijloace de transport. Furnizarea catre populatie a articolelor de prima necesitate in caz de catastrofe ce survin pe timp de pace.
7525 Activitati de protectie civila
Activitatile unitatilor de pompieri (regulate si auxiliare) finantate de catre puterea publica care asigura prevenirea si combaterea incendiilor.In aceasta clasa se includ si serviciile de aparare impotriva calamitatilor interne pe timp de pace.
