In lieu of a proper update this time around, I have instead elected to use this space to pay my final respects to my younger brother Brian, who passed away on February 10th at the age of 32. Not only was he my kid brother, he was also one of my best friends and someone I could always count on to keep me grounded in reality. The old cliche' "he was taken from us way too soon" doesn't even begin to cover the amount of intelligence, humor and pure character he possessed that will now never get to reach its full potential. I wasn't there when he died, but I will be eternally grateful that I got to hug him goodbye the last time I saw him. Sleep well, man. I'm gonna miss the hell out of you.
