A Shadowy Priest and an Orphan  Boy have been photographed at this location.

It is said that if you walk the strip at night, you can sometimes smell  lavendure perfume scenting the night air. Apparently the favorite of Seward's late Madame that frequented the strip in the 1900's.
Sauers' Historic Commercial Building -Seward 1908
Upper rooms and basement are haunted by women who lived there when it was a brothel.
VanGilder Hotel  -Seward 1916
Two friendly apparitions; a woman on 2nd floor in room 202B, a man on 3rd floor, room 308.
Golden North Hotel -Skagway

Jack Wade Dredge -Yukon
 A golden apparition, of a miner and his animal companion, captured in a  photo of the dredge.
Anchorage Memorial Park
Many photos of ghostly figures and faces have been captured here. A little girl is known for haunting the graveyard with red hair and a white dress.
4th Ave. Theater -Anchorage
A little girl is known to haunt the balcony area, where she previously fell to her death.
Downtown L St. Cottage -Anchorage 1935
The basement area and closet in the bathroom on the main floor is haunted by the ghost of a young girl, who by Ouija Board contact, claims to have died in the house in 1947. (IOPIA does NOT recommend using a Ouija Board) The smell of starch, a young girls voice and footsteps on the stairs have been documented.
Pagoda Resturant -Anchorage 1950 5th Ave. and A. Street
Violet refused to sell or lease the property, as she belived Abe's spirit lived there and she did not want him disturbed. Violet passed in 1998, her husband, Abe, in 1981. It is now a coffee shop, open from 7AM-7PM.
Providence Hospital -Anchorage
A woman who worked in the ICU, noticed a little girl, "playing in the isles" of the children's ward play area. "She was wearing a pale, yellow hospital gown and had black hair with dark eyes. The little girl looked like a burn victim." When the woman got home, the little girl appeared to her in a living room mirror, held up three fingers and told the woman, that she was three and said her name was, "Amy."
Value Village -Anchorage
  In the toy isle, an unknown force will throw toys in the floor and likes to play with hair that is in a ponytail, or pigtales. It is known to set off musical/electronic toys and is most active during closing, in the evenings. It is said, employees have quit, due to the strange disturbances.
Elmendorf Airforce Base
Poltergiest activity in one of the millitary housing units, where the spirit of a boy in his early teens attacked a woman while she slept.  The spirit appeared to be wearing 1800's style clothing and had black hair.
Captain Bartlett Inn -Fairbanks

Mile 8-12 is widely known for it's "ghost lights"
UAF Bartlett Dorm -Fairbanks
Is said to be haunted by a student who commited suicide during a long, dark winter.

A woman in a yellow shawl, the shawl can be seen floating down the hall near the restrooms, of the girl's dorm.
Ounalashka Corporation Building -Unalaska
Woman in white dress roams the hallways at night.
Tonsina Road House and Lodge -Valdez
South of Copper Center, next to an airstrip, the locals call it, "Rotten Robert's International Airport." The resident ghost inhabits room 18 of this boarded up structure and has been seen gazing, from his third story window. It is said he likes to visit the Saloon, next door and has been spotted behind the bar. The ghost is said to help the waitresses, by opening the freezer door. The smell of tobacco and occasional footsteps have been reported.

Fairview INN  -Talkeetna
A frequent apparition of a man they call, "8-Ball."
Talkeetna Train Bridge
According to local teens, this is a place of paranormal activity.
Talkeetna Cemetery
It is said, at Midnight, you can sometimes hear a young girl crying in the graveyard.
Old Delta Bunkhouse (aka Alaska Shop Supply Guesthouse)
Upstairs room is haunted by a hispanic man, named Franco. Company employees are housed in the downstairs, as the upstairs is now empty.
Matanuska Guest Ranch -Wasilla
An old barn on the property is haunted by the farmer, who is said to have hung himself in the barn. Strange noises and a shadowy apparition have been reported.
West 29th Street -Wasilla
An apparition of a man walking up the stairs, then pausing before turning to the right. He is said to be wearing gray clothing, wire rim glasses and his hair parted. Occupants have moved out due to objects being  "moved" around the house.
Panhandle Trailer Court -Wrangle
Pictures would be taken off the  walls and placed face down on the coffee table, while occupants were at work. One night, the occupant was awakened by the apparition of a little girl, who told him her name was "Ginger" and asked, "Why does none play with me anymore?", as they were the only couple to stay at the residence that did not have any childern. Structure built, 1969.
Private Cabin -Cooper Landing
A woman's wailing cries can be heard at night, outside the cabin, in the bitter cold. It is documented the spirit began to appear in the living room area, where a couple tried to sleep, while on an overnight visit.
Private, A-Frame Cabin -Gakona
Mile 2.5 on a six mile dirt road, in a village community, a small, one bedroom, A-Frame cabin, rumored to sit a few miles down the road from an ancient, native graveyard,  is host to an unknown force that rustles through papers, opens boxes, bags, and was heard pushing a heavy chest across the loft floor durring the night. About a year later the family moved down the road, where the father reported seeing an apparition of a man they named "Charlie".

Cold spots, the smell of perfume in the master bedroom, a male presence in the furnace room.
Private Residence -Lazy Mountain
During construction of the home, paranormal happenings were evident. A priest was called in to cleanse the property, even before the building was completed. The ghost of a little girl can still be seen and heard giggling, as she frequents the stairway area of the home. It is said you can see her most clearly in the antique mirror at the bottom of the staircase. Many house guests and the occupants have witnessed her hauntings.
