Try to imagine your life
Living as husband and wife
A dog named Grover
Friends coming over
Together like a spoon, fork and knife

Just when I thought of being with you
The sun came out and birds sang too
It was heaven on earth for one brief song
Then just as fast as it started it was gone
When will my thoughts become the truth
When will each one of us relive our youth
When will I reach out and touch your skin
When can I hold you and call you my kin
