Carcinoid
Cancer - My purpose in creating
these Carcinoid Cancer pages is twofold. The first is to keep the many members of my family and
friends up-to-date on MY battle with this disease. The second is to provide a resource for the
non-medical person who has the disease, suspects that he may have the disease or knows someone
who has the disease. It is my hope that someone who does not know he has the disease may
recognize early symptoms and insist that his or her Doctor run a simple test or two to diagnose
the disease. 6 pages, 34 pictures, 1 song |

Vietnam - My Tour of
Duty - On these pages
will be found the story in pictures and words of my military service in the Republic of South
Vietnam. Most of these pages are also the story of the Radar Section of the 1/14th Artillery. I
have included a little about my training for this mission and about the training that I gave to others
afterwards so that they could also accomplish their mission. 22 pages, 340 pictures, 15 songs |

Flight Simulator
Scenery - On this page will be
found a recreation for Microsoft's Flight Simulator 2004 and 2002 of the Vietnam War Chu Lai, Vietnam military base and about 50 surrounding LZs. I was a young soldier there in 1967 and 1968 and some of this scenery is based on my memories, photos and letters home and other parts on the memories of others. I have endeavored to make it as accurate as possible within the constraints of the software and my abilities with it. There are no bullets and bombs but there is much that a Veteran who was there will recognize and I hope that it will resurrect some pleasent memories for you. And coming soon is a very large area south of Chu Lai including Duc Pho and over 100 more LZs. |
