ASL Book Club
The ASL Book Club was organized for American Sign Lanugage/Interpreter Training Program students (ASL/ITP), certified interpreters and all deaf people who share an interest in reading. The discussion is conducted completely in sign language in an attempt to improve the receptive skills of the ASL/ITP students and interpreters alike. The discussion in ASL also provides an opportunity for deaf people to come together in a social atmosphere with hearing people and share their in-depth and stimulating views on the books selected by the club.
