We are now on the Kuranda Adopt a dog bed program

A huge thank you to Cindy from OK for letting us meet our goal with the donation of 2 Kuranda beds and 5 fleece pads.What an awesome donation this is.

We now have beds and pads for every kennel but will continue to ask for more fleece pads of any kind so when these wear out we will have replacements. Please see the link on the main page to donate.

Thank you to Kristin McGraw for the donation of 1 bed and a fleece pad in 2005 and 2 beds in 2004 and 1 bed in 2003. We realy appreciate the continued support from you and many collies will stay with us more comfortably now & Annie Martin for the donation of one bed. 1 more to go. We still need 5 fleece covers for the beds if you can't afford the purchase of a bed would you consider a soft fleece pad to go on top!

A HUGE thank you to Kurt for the donation of $700 from the purchase of a car he donated and sold for us. The funds were sent to our vet Coal Ridge Animal Hospital to help defray the medical expenses for our dogs. Thank you so much, it is greatly appreciated and will help many dogs coming through our program.

A very special thank you to Cindy of Oklahoma who has contributed to our rescue efforts for the past two years in the form of two large monetary donations and a wonderful brand new Andes clipper and blades. Many, many collies will benefit from your generosity and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We have received another extremely generous monetary donation from Cindy. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

And thank you to the many people, too numerous to list, that donated $$$$ to our rescue efforts. Without your help we could not continue our work. Every donation no matter how small helps in our efforts.

Heat Lamps and heat lamp bulbs

Dry and canned dog food- (We hate to be picky but please no generic or store brands. Most of the dogs that come in need really good nutrition). We prefer to feed Nutro Natural Choice or Canidae when we can.(Available at Petunia's in Frederick,PETSMART AND PETCO, to name a few!) We do not need ANY canned food at this time thanks to the generous donations from Sue Phinney and the Mile Hi Humane Society.

Collars and Leashes-no metal choke collars please

Shampoo and grooming supplies and equipment. (We go through lots of brushes)

Brushes- pin brushes and slicker brushes

Qtips

cotton balls

shampoo/conditioner (We like Fresh N Clean) but will take anything.

Good grooming scissors

Toys and treats- any

Kennel disinfectant and cleaners

2 1/2 gallon plastic water buckets
