More Maidenform Classic "I Dreamed..." Ads
Okay - we all know it has been several months since the last update, and I can do nothing more than apologize. I promise you that my sites are not dead, but my life, and those of my helpers, have been hectic. I just can't afford to do the bi-weekly updates which characterized the first two years of my sites any longer.
I would like, once again, to thank all of my many guests who have sent such varied and rich materials, which will comprise the updates to come. I have not forgotten you. If you will have patience, it will be rewarded. These contributions include many rare international bra ad images, sent to us by our many devoted fans. Please accept the present update as a promise of things to come.
To all of you Maidenform fans, the present update will doubtless satisfy. Three new image pages, featuring large images, are the reward.

Errata, in extremis. To those of you who have already ordered copies of The Catalog Project CD (see below), we have been negligent in crediting our guest, Vikki, with her contributiuon to this collection, amounting to hundreds of page images, and their related keyword indices. She deserves your appreciation for her work, and our thanks - and apologies for lack of prior credit. (We are appropriately ashamed of our oversight!)

| Several of you have written, asking how we manage to keep our free sites active, considering their size. The fact is that we have been spending all our excess 'hobby dollars' doing just this for the past two years. Bandeau Boudoir, Sylvia Aster's Place, and Sylvia's Bridal Image Parlor cost us a considerable sum annually to maintian. Our associate, Danielle Ann North, (visit Danielle's Closet) has recently joined in conjunction with us, in an effort to provide you with the best original vintage (or classic) lingerie and foundation images to be found on the web, and we'd like to solicit your contributions towards a better collective facility. We'll never charge you a fee to access our complete image base, but the prospect of future expansion would be impossible without a means of support, encouraging us to continue our efforts. A couple of you have asked if we'd accept contributions - but we have always felt that to accept such charity without some sort of reward would be unfair.
Happily, we're now able to offer of a unique premium - a CD collection of over 2200 lingerie and foundation images, entitled The Catalog Project - as a reward. To read about the details, those guests who are interested can click here. |

I wish to offer my sincerest thanks for all the images and ideas that have been offered by my guests. We'll be adding many examples from these submissions to our three sites in the months to come, so keep dropping in regularly.
As with The Virginian's Zona, our updates may not be frequent, but they will always possess the quality you have come to expect from us. We'd like to thank Crinolyn for inspiring our new layout format (both here and at the Bridal Image Parlor) by example, and invite those of you who have an admiration for formal gowns to drop by her Gown Pages (http://www.microserve.com/~crin1/gowns/). If you thought you'd seen the last word in formals, there'll be something to surprise and inspire you.

Regarding donated images: Many of our new images have been provided by guests, to whom we offer our sincere thanks. We're keeping donors anonymous unless they say otherwise. If you are not listed and wish to be, simply let us know! (aster314@aol.com) Of course, it is possible that some of these images may be found elsewhere on the web, because we don't have time to check submissions.
NOTE: All the pictures displayed here are provided as a free public service, a historic collection comprising an on-line image museum. If you find an image that belongs to you, or to which you hold an exclusive copyright, and do not wish it to be displayed at the Boudoir, just ask, and we'll remove it immediately!
