ATU Local 1395 & County Management
reach tentative agreement

The ATU negotiating team made up of International Vice President Gary Rauen, Local Union President Mike Lowery, and Cliff Rooker, Vice President representing the BCC Workers announced a tentative agreement with the County Management.
A ratification vote was scheuled in September and had to cancelled due to the fact that the final draft prepared by the County did not match the Union's version of the final draft. On November 7th the County and Union will meet to discuss the differences in the final draft. After the meeting and a phone conference between ATU International Vice President Gary Rauen and County Attorney Mike Mattimore, the Union will reschedule in November another ratification vote on the labor agreement.
