Our place is on Gulf Scenic Highway (Old Hwy 98) between Destin and Sandestin. This townhome can be rented to fit the size of your party or family. It can sleep up to ten people. The townhome is three levels.
Unit A is the top two levels. On the second level is a living room with queen size sleeper sofa, dining area, fully stocked kitchen, half bath and a beach deck. The top level has the master bedroom with a queen size bed, private bath and private deck. The third level also has a guest bedroom with queen size bed and another full bathroom. Unit A can sleep up to six people. Unit B is the first level. It consists of two rooms with a queen size bed in one room and a queen size sleeper sofa in the other room. It has a small effeiciency kitchen and full bath. There is also a deck off of the first level. Unit B can sleep up to four people. Units A & B can be rented to gather to offer a four bedroom unit and can sleep up to ten people.

There are plenty of decks on our unit. There is a deck off of each level (three deck with two of them that are oversized). Down below on the beach side is a large private beach deck with plenty of room for gathering and BBQ. All of our deck are furnished with chairs, tables and beach loungers.
