Fees are as follows:
$1 an ounce-wash/card (up to 3 washes with 3 rinses each, 2 cardings).
Handspinning-$1 an ounce for 2 ply sport to worsted yarn. Each additional ply, add .25 cents an ounce. Fingering or bulky 2 ply yarn, add .50 cents an ounce. Mohair, Pygora, Cashmere, Suri Alpaca, and Angora add .50 cents an ounce.
Color dye- .50 cents an ounce 1st color, .10 cents an ounce for additional colors.
$1 an ounce for de-hair (must be requested, typically for Pygora C).
.50 cents an ounce to lightly blend different colors (heathering) or your different fiber types.
.50 cents for rewashing/carding fiber requiring special attention-per Client approval.
$1 an ounce fiber blending (our raw fiber processed with yours-in addition to wash/card fees).
Skirting-$22 per fleece.
.10 cents an ounce for Lavender/Eucalyptus rinse.
Finished product may retain vegetable matter-dependent on how much was in fiber prior to processing. Handspun yarn will have minor irregularities. Client will be notified upon receipt of product of anticipated completion date, and will be notified if more time is required.
Client will be contacted upon completion of washing/carding with total amount due, based on weight of product after basic washing/carding. Washed/carded fiber will be shipped immediately upon receipt of and clearing of payment unless handspinning has been ordered. Payment must be received and cleared before spinning is begun. Finished yarn will be mailed upon completion. Payment will be considered late after 30 days and a 10% monthly late fee will be charged. Payment must be received within 60 days of date of first invoice or product will become the property of Bailey's. Client is responsible for shipping costs. This form must be signed, dated, and returned before fiber is processed. By signing this form, Client agrees with all conditions.
