These are my Ramp Plans. I usualy make all of my ramps out of cereal boxes. They work surprisingly well. Once your ramps are finished I would recomend using them on the carpet because they don't slide and they're not as loud. If you put them on a hard surface like tile they could slide (unless you tape them down) but even the plastic tech deck ramps that you can buy slide too.

This is the easiest one to build. It also works very well. I use the whole back or whole front of the cereal box.
