The banjo playing DentistDr. Jeff Grosser plays plectrum banjo and is available for gigs throughout the USA, Canada, Europe, and the Caribbean. He works solo or with small combo, or with big bands. He lives in the state of Maine in the United States but travels extensively and willingly to play his banjo. Dr. Jeff Plays Piano, Organ, Keyboard and Guitar also!Jeff has performed for shows, churches, cruises, clubs, lounges, and musical events around the country playing keyboard instruments as well as his guitar and banjo in a great variety of musical styles from folk, popular, jazz, spiritual to classical. Traditional Jazz is his favorite venue, but does complete justice to all styles he accepts to perform. He is a favorite in the Northeast part of the country and has many fans stretching to the west coast.

EntertainmentBesides showing his great dexterity and technical abilities on the instruments he plays, his shows are an exciting source of entertainment and never a disappointment to his audiences. His Ragtime Razcals of New England and his Razcals Jazz Band have become favorites to many in the New England and Mid-Atlantic states near where he lives, although he is loved throughout the country by those who have heard him perform. He has and continues to work with many groups other than his own and has been well recieved and liked by other musicians needing his skills in their bands. It is obvious when he plays that music is one of the most important parts of his life and that love shows in his playing with every note he plays -- and he plays a lot of them!
