My first interview was with one of my favorite players, Mr. Albert Hannemann. You might be able to still read it on BEACHMANIA.com.
Karch Kiraly, volleyball's most decorated player, has a few books published! Looks like KK will be the AVP's first $3 million dollar man soon!! ;O KARCH just e-mailed me on 9/29/99!!! Then, Karch sent me a package on 10/12/99 & it contained some of his clothing items signed!! Look for Karch and AJ in Sydney!! Karch will be there for sponsorship obligations and AJ will be there as a replacement!
Brent & Vicki Doble welcomed the birth of Jaden, who weighed in at 8 pounds & 3 ounces!! Congrats to the Doble family!! Congrats to Brent on his first win in the season's opener in Florida!

I met Ian Clark, aka the I_MAN, during the 1999 Huntington Beach at the Alero event. He's a very nice guy! He's the bomb! I interviewed Ian Clark, aka the "I_MAN!" My good pal, Liz Lopez, fulfilled her dream by interviewing Eric Fonoimoana! So, stay tuned to her website that's dedicated to EFonoi for her last installment in her interviews!! She's helping EFonoi & his site is now official!! Efonoi and Dain Blanton will be going to Sydney (Australia) to represent the USA this summer!!
Mike and Cindy Whitmarsh welcomed the birth of their first child. Their "little" girl, Jaden, was born on May 23rd (which is close to Mike's birthday!). You can see the picture of me with Mike from this year's AVP/Planter's Trail Mix Open from Huntington Beach. Mike's mother, Sharon, took the photo of us! (P.S. Thanks again, Sharon! ;O) Mike Whitmarsh and his family were kind enough to donate some of Mike's items for an online AVP Fantasy Pool and I'd just like to publicly thank them for their friendship and generosity again! Congrats to Mike and Canyon Ceman on their win in Belmar!!
