Mossy: 5-7 year old Black/white purebred rough coat neutered male. He is good with most all other dogs, doggie door trained, crate trained, leash trained and good with almost all ages. He loves to come in the house and be with you. Does not like screaming - a very mellow sweetheart temperament. Little children and toddlers do make him nervous. He would perfer a home that he can be inside and outside at times. He does sleep and eat in his crate, and uses a doggie door to go outside. He is in a yard with 3 female dogs. Would make someone a nice quiet boy but still young and active to have fun with.
LUCY: ADOPTED
LADY: 3-4 year old spayed dark blue merle female. She is another one that lost her home to her people losing their home. She came to us very underweight, poor coat condition, and her large wide red collar way too big for her. She is current on all shots, spayed, and chipped. We have de wormed her, and she is on good high grade food to help her gain back her weight. And will naturally get a new collar that fits her, and doesn't look so godie. She has a wonderful temperament, rides great loose in a car, walks well on leash and really wants to be with humans. She gets along great with other dogs. And has done great with children and all humans.
KATIE: 2 year old rough coat Tri Color spay female Border Collie. She is current on her shots, micro chipped and most likely someone's house companion. She lost her home due to her humans losing their house in our Katie loves to give kisses to adults, she is learning that little children won't hurt her. Low activity level. Just wants to be someone's house girl. She is on the shy side at this time. She rode loose in my truck and layed on the seat. she didn't jump around or crew or anything. She was in the shelter with 4 other females, and they said no problems. She is on the shy side but appears to want to warm up. She does okay with our kennel worker's 4 year old daughter - but will go into the dog house inside her kennel run. The 4 year old went inside the dog house and layed down with Katie, and petted her. So there isn't any aggression at all with this girl. She just needs a home to call her own again, and be a spoiled girl.
We have a number of females that have not been listed as of yet. Need to check them out, get them altered and totally vetted before they are listed. So check back!!

PEPPER: Beautiful, black and white neutered male lives in Los Angeles with his family which includes a female Lab and two children.  We adopted Pepper from a shelter about 5 years ago and estimate his age to be 6-7.  
Pepper is very smart and loving with his entire family, including a female labrador and 2 children.  Current on all shots and AVID chipped.  Sometimes aggressive towards other dogs when on walks, but gets along with most dogs once he gets to know them.  (He plays well with sibling lab and also cocker spaniel and yappy poodle that live in the neighborhood when they come over to play.)  I don't know how he'd do with cats in the home.  He is house-trained, leash-trained and sits on command.  Loves to play and go on walks -- needs to be busy!  A bit more rambunctious on walks with me (mother) than with father or kids (e.g., wants to chase squirrels and the occasional SUV) but is very loving and intelligent and has a great soul.  Needs a loving but firm human who understands a BC and can keep him busy.  Please email or call if you have questions.
