Meetings
Some of the members get together at other places at other times, like Joe Mugg's at Books A Million on weekends. Call me at 696-1740. If I can't meet with you I might be able to hook you up with some other players
Alfred Stewart of MSU has invited the RRCC and other players to meet at Clark Student Center on Tuesday evenings from 7 Pm to 9 or whenever. We usually meet in the Wichita Room or the Kiowa Room but activities in the building can cause us to mover around. The staff usually knows which room.

Tournaments
USCF rated tournament held Saturday, October 29, 2005 was won by Zach Haskins of Rider High School. Aaron Taber of MSU won the previous tournament.
Library Chess - The Wichita Falls Public Library sponsors chess every third Thursdays from 4 PM to 5:30 PM, room 204. The library may increase the number of chess days. Tournament style algebraic boards and scholastic pieces are available for play any day. Ask at the counter.
Tournament - Deanna, the Youth Librarian, is setting up an unrated tournament for Saturday, Feb 16 from 9 AM to about 2:30 PM.

City Elementary Championship May 19 at the Region 9 building on Loop 11.
Winner: Oleskandr Redb of Kate Haynes Elementary.
2nd Place: Christopher Jones of Crockett Elementary.
3d Place: Merrissa Heanu of Fowler Elementary.

Fowler Elementary - alternating Thursdays from 3:30 PM to 5 PM in the cafeteria with Mrs. Smyth.
Kate Haynes Elementary - Mondays 3:30 to 4:30 PM with Mr. McBroom
Wichita Falls Public Library - Thursdays 4 PM to 5:30 PM with Deana Baran, Youth Services Librarian.
Rider High School - Thursday after school, sponsored by Mrs. Katz.
