At Rainbow Moons, we work closely with our customers to ensure their complete satisfaction. After all, nobody wants to buy something that does not appeal to them. We understand this. Our motto is, "If you don't like it, don't buy it." We pride ourselves on good business ethics.
For custom orders, we discuss your ideas with you and develop several preliminary sketches for your approval. Once you decide on a final sketch, we ask for a 50% refundable deposit. The final sketch is then cut, bent, coated, and turned into your unique piece of metal art. If you don't like the finished product, we will redo it one more time. If you are still not happy, we will return your deposit to you. No hassles or strings attached. If the finished piece is to your approval, we then collect the remaining balance and ship your piece to you. The whole process will take between 4 and 8 weeks depending on the amount of orders being filled.
