Rick Bertoni - bass guitar, vocals. Rick watched The Beatles perform on The Ed Sullivan show on that day in 1964 and immediately started taking guitar lessons. A founding member of The Britins, Rick formed the group in 1976 and after many rehearsals, started performing in 1977. He originally played rhythm guitar and, just as Paul McCartney did when Stu Sutcliffe left The Beatles, took over bass guitar duties for the group. Rick uses a Hofner bass through either a Vox T100 bass rig or a Vox Super Beatle amplifier.

Leaving behind his Beatle wig and mustache, the faithful followers of the band, and with the support of his family and friends, “Ringo” (also known as Jeffery G) boarded his yellow submarine for Atlanta, GA in the summer of 2003, to begin a magical mystery tour of his own with the still recording group of lads from the 80’s, known as “The Outfield”. While it was difficult leaving Beatlemania behind, and the 17 years of history he has with “The Britins”, Jeff was excited about joining the ranks of a great international talent. Playing songs like “Your Love (Josie’s on a Vacation Far Away)” and “Since You’ve Been Gone” with the band that actually wrote and recorded them was the highlight of Jeff’s musical career to this point. Tired from working “Eight Days A Week”, having the greatest appreciation for the opportunity of making it to the big time, and creating some life long friendships, Jeff bid farewell to return home to rejoin the lads of “The Britins”. Happy to be home, Jeff considers it both a pleasure and an honor to be able to be a part of your favorite Beatle tribute band, “The Britins”, and a privilege to play the music that is truly timeless!
Jeff's drum kit is a Ludwig Oyster Black Pearl "Ringo" set.
