The art of experiencing and understanding what our dreams mean to us, is a valuable tool in gaining wisdom and insight into our lives.

As a trained and experienced DREAM COACH I can help you through this process of self learning via the Internet for the same low fee as a 1 hour individual session. I see clients in my hometowns, Pacific Grove or Hanford, CA , individually and also in group settings. A one hour individual dream session is $45.00. The cost would be the same to work one of your dreams via the internet, using AOL Instant Messaging, and/or email.

WHAT DO MY DREAMS MEAN?

The goal of working our dreams is to gain insight and knowledge into ourselves, so as to be more within our own truth. Dreams can help validate who we are and how we are being in the world. It is not "what" we do, it is "how" we do, and dreams can give us significant insight. Dreams also can help us to see the options available to us. Dreams are tremendously useful in helping us reach our life goals. Dreams give insight into our business lives and can help us attain goals in our career. Dreams are useful as we strive to become more focused, such as in sports. Dreams help us see who we are in relationships and in love. Dreams help us as we grieve our losses, be it a relationship, death, divorce, a pet,,,any loss we might encounter. Dreams help us see our life struggles and fears for what they truly are and face those fears. Dreams simply can bring clarity within ourselves.

I am a trained and experienced Dream Coach. My experiences also are in the areas of Death/Dying and Loss. I have 10 years experience in my current role as a Hospice Director , and previously worked for 12 years as a Crisis Counselor in a High School. I am not a therapist, but can and will work in conjuction with your therapist if requested so as to enhance your healing process.
