This rare 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa is huge
with lots of elbow room. It is located in Inverness Village on Palmetto Dunes Plantation,
arguably the nicest plantation on Hilton Head Island. Palmetto Dunes has been rated by
AAA, and the Mobile Travel Guide as a four star resort.
There are three championship World
Class Golf courses on the plantation, by such designers as Robert Trent Jones, George
Fazio, and Arthur Hills. Our villa is surrounded by the Fazio course, and overlooks a
small lake opposite the pool and tennis courts. Inverness Village tennis courts (there are
three) are for owners and guests of Inverness Village only, ensuring that there is never a
shortage of courts. The key to the locked courts is located in our villa.
Our two level
Villa has a premier location on a lake, so you are always looking out onto the water
through the sliding glass doors which lead out to the large deck with a barbecue grill.
The deck is perfect for having your morning coffee before you start your daily adventures.
The master bedroom has a balcony offering the same view. The spaciousness of our Villa is
what brings our repeat guests back year after year. At approximately 2,200 square feet,
our villa is the largest of the Villas in Inverness Village, where there are only eleven
units like ours, and only a few to rent. We have single couples rent our Villa, just
because they like the size and quality.
When we decorated and furnished our villa, we
selected "real furniture", like we have in our regular home, not "rental
furniture" like most villas seem to have. Everything is new, from the furniture to
the appliances and the heat pump. we've re-carpeted the living and dining rooms,
wallpapered the kitchen and bathrooms, added a new foyer, and made upgrades throughout to
make it feel more like home. You'll notice the difference! The size is the first thing you
notice upon entering our Villa. The living room has enough space for two sofas (one queen
sized sleeper) and a 27 inch TV and VCR. The wet bar offers convenience for entertaining.
The dining room has a table that seats ten comfortably while being gently cooled by the
ceiling fan. The first floor bedroom has a full and single bed with an adjacent full bath.
The first floor laundry room has a new full sized washer and dryer. Upstairs, there are
two large bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a cathedral ceiling with a
ceiling fan and a spacious master bath. The walk-in closet is big enough to park your golf
cart.
The view of the lake from the balcony is spectacular. This room is equipped with a
20 inch TV for your late night viewing from the queen sized bed. The master bath is bright
and cheery, with two sinks, a full-sized tub and two skylights. The other upstairs bedroom
is equipped with two double beds, and also has a large walk-in closet. There is also a
full-sized hall bath upstairs. We suggest that you check our value.
By renting directly from the owners, you can save a bundle. The villa next door, which is exactly like ours, rents for $2000 per week from a rental agency. By comparison, our Villa rents for $1050 for the same time period. We pass the savings on to our guests, who come back year after year. This is our home, so we treat it as such, as reflected with the upgrades and quality of furnishings throughout. Once you become our guests, you'll be a repeat guest, we guarantee it!
