THE BARRINGTON FIRE COMPANY #1 WOULD LIKE TO SEND OUR PRAYS AND SUPPORT TO OUR BROTHER AND SISTER FIRE FIGHTERS IN THE FDNY.  OUR SYMPATHY GOES OUT TO THE MANY FAMILIES IN NEED.

  About Barrington Fire Rescue

About us: The Barrington Volunteer Fire Company was founded in April of 1907, ten years before the town of Barrington was incorporated. Since the first days of our inception, we have prided ourselves on dedication to serving and protecting our neighbors lives and properties. As our company moto states on the front of each of pieces of apparatus, our members are proud of our past, and dedicated to the future of our company and community.

Location: The Barrington Fire Company is located in the town of Barrington, Camden County, New Jersey. (see map)

Membeship: Station 91 has a solid base of members with over 50 active members, 30 of which make better than 40 percent of our runs. We pride ourselves in the retention of our life members, who have 20 or more years active service, and still regularly attend our social and executive functions. On June first of 2000 the Barrington Fire Company added our first career firefighter to our ranks.

Equipment: Station 91 operates a rescue pumper (Engine 911), an engine company (Engine 912), a truck company (Ladder 914), a light utility vehicle (Utility 916), and a chiefs car (see more)
